Kilemakyaro Mountain Lodge is driven from a Chagga word meaning "Impossible Journey" hence The early Europeans could not pronounce it well, the word Kilimanjaro was born.
Today Kilemakyaro Mountain Lodge is the ideal base
for most Travellers in Tanzania being on safari to the National Parks or mountain climbing for their staying.
